At the same factory, there was a concern about reducing the high incidence of defects due to specification differences in picking, and they wanted to establish a system that prevents incorrect picking.
Since a shutter mechanism that only allows access to the necessary width was effective, they had been manufacturing an air cylinder-operated shutter in-house. However, the in-house air-operated shutter posed issues with high costs for mass production and maintenance. Therefore, by switching to our electric shutter, it became easier to expand to other factories and lines due to the advantages in cost and maintenance.
